In June 2002, Kairos made a strategic shift in program operations.
Through it experiences, only part of an individual or family need was being satisfied (i.e, housing or education).
Kairos decided a “whole” support concept is better (satisfy basic needs and assist with other requirements).
This requires integrated programs and strategic planning.
Thanks to Associated Black Charities (ABC), Kairos completed and implement its’ initial strategic plan in September 2005.
The organization leadership understood a “for-profit” business would help Kairos become a better community partner and service provider.
